More About Me

Background

I consider myself fortunate to be raising my family here on the North Olympic Peninsula. For me the panorama of the majestic Olympic Mountains and the force of the Strait of Juan de Fuca has always energized my spirit. My family has called the Olympic Peninsula home for four generations. My great-grandfathers were both born here and returned as young married men. They proceeded to purchase real-estate, operated businesses and raised their families here (Burwells and Smiths). Let me share with you that warm feeling of being welcomed home.

Discover the secret of the Peninsula!

Sequim is the hidden gem of the Pacific Northwest and you are invited to discover the peninsula at her finest; from sunrises over Sequim Bay, to sunsets on the Olympics. There is so much to discover. No regimented nine to five lifestyle, you decide the style best for you. I am here to help you discover your favorite secret of the peninsula.

Honesty is hard earned, yet easily lost

My family is, and always will be, first in my life. I discovered my best friend, confidant, and life partner, Wendy, on a weekend trip home from College 30 years ago. Together we raised our two daughters here and both are now atttending College here in WA. Maintaining strong integrity and honesty are second. I was raised in the "old school" where a handshake was a promise (I once watched my Father buy our family home on a handshake), and a man’s word was his bond, where an honest reputation is hard earned, but lost in an instant of dishonesty. It is my goal to ensure your personal satisfaction and live up to my family’s reputation of integrity.
